Food is decent. The ambiance isn't great. They have a prominent sign at the entrance (as well as on their website) that says it's free to eat during your birthday month. However, it doesn't state that it excludes Fridays-Sundays. It's in the T&Cs on their website, but I feel this is false advertising if they don't mention this prominently in their ads.

The reviews on Google are very misleading. They keep saying 'this is good, that is good,' and 'service is good,' but my experience there this afternoon was not pleasant. 1. When I needed help clearing plates, nobody was there. Where were the staff? It was very difficult to find them and get their attention. 2. When trying to get attention for more beef or to add soup, it was even worse. All staff avoided eye contact or acted as if they didn't see me. 3. When I asked for help, one staff 'auntie' said, "Can wait?" in a rude tone. Wt... Actually, I was calling for someone else, not the 'auntie' who was serving another table. The other staff also simply chose to ignore me. 4. Lastly, I wanted to use Grab Dine Out deals, but I wasn't told in the first place that today was Father's Day and I couldn't use the app. They immediately assumed I would pay with PayWave. I only found out at the last minute. The guy was shocked when I said I wanted to use the deal, and he paused for a while and said, "Oh, cannot use because today is Father's Day!" Well, if you don't mind the service, the food is affordable for the price paid.
