15/7/25 Significant improvements observed! We ordered via QR code at our table: chestnut pork chop, baked potato, truffle cheese chips, mini sausages, and IBC root beer. Food was served hot and fresh. The truffle cheese chips – thinly-sliced potato fries, sprinkled, and house-made – tasted so good! Love them. The wait staff allowed me to put my big tote on an empty chair next to mine. As the crowd came in, the supervisor brought me a holder for my bag. Thanks! === However, the gravy for the chestnut pork was very, very salty. The fries were cold. The drinks were very good. The system of ordering was silly. I was made to go outside to queue and order my additional items 🙄

We came here for lunch and were greeted by server Karen. We had to customise our order, and she was very patient and understanding with our customisation, which we deeply appreciate. It makes our dining experience even better! The food, as always, was amazing! Would definitely come back again :)

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon at around 1 PM, and there was no queue ahead of us, so the waiting time was less than one minute. Ordered the BBQ Chicken at $12.90 and Crispy Fried Fish at $13.50. Topped up $5 for a drink and a mushroom soup. The pricing was very affordable and inexpensive, with no service charge or GST. Will return to dine in again.

The food was very tasty, with soft and tender chicken and crispy skin. I ordered the duo plate, which was only $18 and included two pieces of chicken and two side dishes. It was very worth it, as the food quality was good and it could be shared between two people. I got the chicken with lime and lemon sauce, and the teriyaki chicken. Both were good. I loved the teriyaki one, but the lime was not for me, as it tasted a little weird. The two side dishes were mashed potatoes and rice. The atmosphere was nice. We sat outside the restaurant in the mall, and it offered quite a nice view. The staff were helpful and nice overall.
