Bugis Street has no mall carpark of its own. Drivers use Bugis+, URA lots on Queen Street and Arab Street, Albert Centre HDB, and nearby buildings — each a different walk and price.

Rates researched August 2026. Operators change them without notice — check the gantry or Parking.sg.

Closest to the shops

Park at Bugis+. CapitaLand sends Bugis Street drivers here. Covered link bridges to Bugis Street and Bugis Junction.

Cheapest nearby

URA lots on Queen / Waterloo and Arab Street, or Albert Centre HDB for a sheltered Central Area rate and a $5 night cap.

Motorcycle

Not in the Bugis+ carpark. Use Cheng Yan Place (Level 1) or Bugis Junction at $1.30 per entry.

Mall carparks

Bugis Town is three CapitaLand sites. Only Bugis+ and Bugis Junction have mall carparks. Bugis Street uses Bugis+.

Walk: Inside Bugis+. Level 2 link to Bugis Street (near UNIQLO) and Bugis Junction (near JD Sports). Drop-off at Level 1 Queen Street.

Walk: Across Victoria Street from Bugis+. Linked by overhead bridge. Carpark entrance via North Bridge Road; also serves InterContinental Singapore at B2.

Best for: Bugis Junction shops, or a covered walk to Bugis+

These are a different system from mall EPS. Pay with Parking.sg. Central-area HDB is $1.20 per 30 minutes; some Kampong Glam URA lots are about $0.60. Signs beat this page.

Motorcycle, drop-off, payment

Motorcycles

Bugis+ mall carpark does not take motorcycles. Use the lots at Level 1 Cheng Yan Place, or Bugis Junction at $1.30 per entry. URA motorcycle parks include Arab Street.

Drop-off / taxi

Bugis+: Level 1 Queen Street near JINJJA!! Chicken Diner (#01-11). Bugis Junction: Victoria Street and North Bridge Road. Bugis Street has no mall driveway of its own.

How to pay

Mall and most building lots: IU / EPS / card at the gantry. URA and HDB: Parking.sg. Season parking for CapitaLand lots is via JustPark.

Practical notes

Bugis Street first

Park Bugis+, then take the Level 2 (UNIQLO) or Level 3 (Bugis Street side) link bridge. Do not expect a Bugis Street basement.

Evening value

Mall evenings are a flat $3.30 (Mon–Thu). Fu Lu Shou ($2.20) and Burlington Square ($2.20) undercut that if you will walk.

Weekends

URA lots around Bugis Village and Arab Street fill by late morning. Bugis MRT (EW12/DT14) is usually faster than circling for a coupon lot.

Grace period

Bugis+ and Bugis Junction post 10 minutes. URA/HDB follow Parking.sg rules, not mall grace.
