Very bad and dirty environment. Look at the dust. At least LiHO staff should clean it or complain to the mall staff so they clean it. The amount of dust has been there for months or years, never cleaned?

Not sure why they need 12 minutes for an earl grey milk tea, which I'm sure is a drink that's already prepared beforehand (though other reviews suggest they've improved their waiting time, it's still much longer than other outlets). The standard of the drink is also not worth the price. Aside from the cashier, the rest of the staff seems very confused. I was standing there watching them preparing other orders while waiting for mine, not sure why each of them has to repeatedly re-read the label on the same cup so many times before proceeding with each step. You can see staff holding labeled empty cups wandering, unsure where to get the ingredients they need. One of the girls doesn't even know where the syrup is, and I saw her walking back and forth twice just for the syrup, then spending another 20 seconds to re-read the label to confirm which cup the syrup belongs to. The workflow at the station is not delegated properly; you can see staff crowding in front of one tank of drinks or the ice, waiting to fill the orders they are making. Completed orders are also piling up at the collection point as staff do not call out numbers immediately, but instead proceed to make the next order. Please train your staff, and please standardize your drinks, as the taste also differs from other outlets.

Bugis+ is one of the best meeting places for friends in central Singapore. But avoid peak hours, as the mall can get pretty crowded. LiHo Tea has refreshing drinks in hot and humid Singapore. We were happy to get seats to enjoy our tea.
