Booked a room at Haidilao for a celebration. As expected, the service staff was friendly and the ingredients were fresh, consistent with other outlets. However, it took them about 30 minutes to fulfill our alcohol order. The staff went back and forth to inform us twice that the alcohol we selected was out of stock. Oddly, every alcoholic beverage we tried to choose seemed to be unavailable. We eventually settled for a bottle of red wine (the only one they could find), which came with a lot of sediment.

I've been to HDL many times, but never had such top-notch service. Special shoutout to Junge, who was really attentive, constantly checking in on us and pouring our drinks. When we were done eating, he still brought us fruits and nuts voluntarily, without us even requesting. I felt so pampered. Thanks for the great dining experience!

Before I continued my journey back to Switzerland, I caught up with best friends, and they took me to HDL. This was my first visit to HDL, and I have one word for HDL Bugis+: 'AWESOME SERVICE'. Especially, Rita. Her service was absolutely out of this world 👍👍👍👍. She and her team made us leave HDL with happiness, tears, and unforgettable memories. (Rita and her team sang a song for me, 'Peng Yu (friend)'). My friends and I were so touched, and we teared up with happiness. I will definitely be back at HDL Bugis+ (and bring my husband) when we visit Singapore next time.
