We went with friends for 2 hours, our first time here, and told the staff we would come back at 3:30 PM. The staff misheard and thought we were coming in at 3:00 PM, and also misheard our number, which resulted in our room being given away. The staff seemed so reluctant to give us our room and tried to blame us for providing our number “incorrectly,” which took time away from our session. They gave us a bigger room, which was appreciated, and the atmosphere was good, but it felt as though she had no choice, rather than genuinely wanting to provide service recovery. During our session, another staff member came in to interrupt us to collect payment? Why interrupt us during the session and take even more time from us, yet lock the system so punctually? A good space for karaoke with a good atmosphere, ruined by bad practices and bad service. My friend wanted to order a jug of water, and the staff had to double-confirm with us twice that it was chargeable, as if we couldn't afford a jug of water? “It's chargeable, with money, ya??” Super jialat. We won't come back because of this experience with the staff.
