Retail Supervisor

Salary: Up to $2,700–$2,900/month + OT + Commission
Location: 313 Somerset, Bugis Plus, Raffles City (rotation required)
Work Days: 5 days/week (must work Fri–Sun), 44 hrs/week

Shifts:
• 10am–6pm
• 2pm–10pm
• 10am–10pm (full shift)

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily sales and operations across 3 outlets
• Track team performance and support sales targets
• Manage stock orders and monthly staff roster
• Train and guide retail staff
• Handle staff scheduling and discipline
