Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the KTV/Live show facility, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
Manage customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Monitor and maintain the condition of rooms, equipment, and facilities.
Manage inventory of equipment, food, beverages, and other items, coordinating restocking as needed.
Review customer feedback and performance data to enhance service quality and business performance.
Train and mentor new staff to ensure they perform effectively.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or service industry.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
Problem-solving abilities for handling complaints and operational issues.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.
